We kindly inform you that our refund and return policy is in effect for a period of 60 days from the date of your purchase. Should your purchase not meet your satisfaction, we will be more than happy to assist you with a full refund or exchange, provided that 60 days have not elapsed since your acquisition.

To facilitate a smooth return process, we ask that the item be returned in its original, unused condition, complete with all original packaging. We regret to inform you that certain items, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, are not eligible for return. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds

We understand that there may be instances where a full refund is not applicable. In such cases, we will consider partial refunds for items that show clear signs of use, such as books, or for products like CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened. Similarly, for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons beyond our control, or for items returned more than 30 days after delivery, partial refunds may be granted.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and will inform you of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Should you encounter any delays in receiving your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account for any updates. If necessary, please contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing period before the refund is officially posted. Sale Items and Exchanges

We wish to clarify that only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. In the case of defective or damaged items, we will gladly replace them. Should you require an exchange, please send an email to support@tibetartstore.com and return the item to the address we provided in the email..

Returning Your Product

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@tibetartstore.com to receive the return address.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color selection), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable.
For refunds, the return shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without proof of delivery.
